Simon Spavins - Managing Director

Simon has over 15 years experience in the sector and has been responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 160 developments and 120 Staff within a large property management company.

He is an associate member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM) and has been a representative on a subcommittee for the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).

Harry Cornforth - Chief Executive

Harry, a qualified chartered accountant, has over 30 years experience in property management. He previously jointly owned OM Ltd which grew to be the largest independently owned agency in Britain before it was bought by Peverel in 1998.

Since then he has been consulting on some of the most complex and forward thinking residential and mixed use developments in the country.
