Broadoak Managing Director, Simon Spavins, visited The Food Bank MK this week, a charity who we have supported over the last few years, to deliver food items donated by members of staff. We look forward to strengthening this relationship in the future by supporting the running costs of the charity, along with the collection of further food donations.

 

February 2016

We are delighted to announce that Paul Spavins will be joining Broadoak in the capacity of Property Manager.  Paul joins us with over fifteen years of experience as a Property Manager, in addition to prior roles in the construction industry.

 

January 2016

Broadoak have been appointed by a Freeholder to take on the management of a Grade II Listed landmark building in the centre of Leighton Buzzard.

 

December 2015      

Broadoak is proud that our retention of existing business has been 100% this year.   Since Broadoak was established in 2007, we have retained all RMC / RTM and Developer Clients.  This has led to the majority of our new business in 2015 coming from referrals.

 

November 2015  

We are pleased to announce that Ingrid Clark has joined Broadoak’s increasing Property Team as Property Administrator.   Ingrid has been involved in various property management roles for over twenty years and has wealth of experience within the industry.
