Broadoak are excited to have won the management instruction for a large new build mixed use development in North London.
We are pleased to have won management of a new build apartment development in Cambridgeshire, working with a prestigious local house builder.
Broadoak is delighted to announce the appointment of Tracey McCabe as Director. She brings 23 years’ experience within the property management business, having headed up both New Business and Customer Service divisions in her previous employment with a large management firm.
Broadoak was very proud to be involved in the Food Bank MK project this year as the appointed managing agents of The Hub in Milton Keynes. A facebook campaign helped raise £763 for this worth while charity. Simon Spavins, from Broadoak Management, said: “It was our pleasure to once again support this worthwhile local charity. The Hub wanted to play its part, even in a small way, to make sure they can carry on providing this invaluable support throughout the coming year.”
Simon Spavins, Managing Director for Broadoak, organised a 82 mile round-trip bike ride to Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge and in aid of The Sick Children's Trust and Starlight Children's Foundation. All of the 43 cyclists managed to make the distance raising a remarkable £23,000, celebrating with a family fun day and BBQ upon their return in the afternoon.
June saw several members of the Broadoak team, along with staff from the retail units of the mixed-use development it manages in Milton Keynes, enter the annual MK Dragon Boat Race. The weather was kind, everyone had a great time on and in the water, raising money for a worthy cause.
